What information we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), site postcode, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field.
If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever details you give us in that conversation so we can quote and carry out the work.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit, prepare a written quote, carry out and invoice the work, and keep in touch about that job. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists you have not asked for.
Legal basis
Where you have asked us to quote or carry out work, we process your information to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you. Where you have simply enquired, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the job — for example with our insurer, our accountant, or a main contractor where we are working on their site. We may use third-party services to host this website and to receive enquiry form submissions. We do not share your details for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records connected to work we have carried out, including quotes, invoices and safety paperwork such as risk assessments and handover documents, are kept for as long as we are required to hold them for legal, insurance and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to how we are using it. Email your request to info@squarescaffoldingsolutions.co.uk and we will deal with it.
